A more common name is red scooter blenny. Hope you did your research before buying. They eat pods so you will need at least a 50 gallon tank that has been established for a few months.

Oh I did... Lots of research. I actually was going to get a mandarin until I discovered these guys. My tank is 110g with a very very active 145g refugium the pods in the fug look like swarms of bees. The display has thousands in the holes of the LR so if it's pods that the needs they are there.
Sounds like you def. did your research and waited. They are awesome little fish. I picked one up and trained him to eat pellets and frozen... so then i got a mandarin who now also eats frozen and pellets.
I feed my corals nutramar ova as a part of my "coral mix" on a regular basis did it today and noticed the dragonet grabbing the food as it floated by him ... Hopefully he keeps it up. I feed 1mm pellets to my other but no interest in those yet
