My new Sun Coral.

Here is the new Sun Coral I bought after the meeting last Saturday. It was at Key Island and was about $55. It has already eaten mysis, and brine. This was taken under my actinics with a custom white balance so it filters out some of the blue light.

Looks very nice. I can not wait to get another one. Trey told me he could get one that had the black and orange on one rock. Never did though. Was so looking forward to that.

Tubastrea are cool, I had one in my last tank for a long time, I just turkey basted frozen brine at it and kept it in a darker spot of the tank. I saw a couple small ones at exotic tropicals today, I may have to go back and pick one up.
Have you seen the picture of the Tubastrea dominated reef tank that is in the reef aquarium volume III ? its on page 575 literally hundreds of polyps, pretty sweet!
