My NEW TANK with tons of PICS

So my wife wants her own tank and thinks she knows enough to take good care of one. It sort of has a chick feel to it with the sand and all but I think it came out good. It's an ELOS 120XL with Giesemann Lighting and the T5's are dimmable. Let me know what you guys think.

Here is a shot of her skimmer. She got it cause the color matched with a painting that is on the wall (don't ask me)

those open tops are awesome! probably looks as inviting to suicidal fish as the top of the empire state building does to heartbroken lovers. maybe a tiny net around the perimeter ;)

nice clean look-- more pics please

Thanks guys I will pass on the approval. Also nothing on the tank is made in the US. It's all from Overseas which I thought was cool.

Looks sweet man! Super clean!

Should turn out to be a good tank. Her goal is to make it as nice as the 380 but it's doubtful

So are you going to help her at all or are you just out to prove a point here? Last tiem i was at your house you had a big hole in the wall with a big sign that said NO MORE FISH, whats up with the change of her mind? Did you trade her in for a new model?

;)

Holy crap dude! That is seriously one cool looking tank bro! I really like the clean looks and the braceless tanks are so much better than a regular tank with a canopy. Hmmm...now you got me rethinking my next tank!

Thanks man... A lot of planning went into this little guy. yeah since the tank is so small I was able to go brace less. It definitely looks huge in the room but I should have took the advice one of my buddy's and went with the 160xl.

Looks very nice!!! What kind of skimmer is that? I also have been looking at the light system. If I may ask where did you get that tank?
VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!

Dude is that carpet in the stand?!?!

Yeah but I spray glued plastic liner to the bottom of it so any spills won't leak onto the carpet

So let me get this straight, I was JUST there this afternoon and this tank was where???? That thing is so clean I want to throw out my kitchen table and eat off it.

Thats cool, just as long as you wrote down that huge list of frags I want as soon as there ready.....should give me time to find someone to buy that extra kidney I don't really need.
