Very ironic, I just added this exact skimmer two days ago on my 120. So far I am loving it. The pump is a shade louder than what I had, but the skimmer itself is silent.

I moved the air-intake silencer to the air tube holder on the skimmer body because it was a pain in the... to remove the collection cup with the silencer attached.

very good nice foam head up top...starting to get little amounts of skimate(only been running for a day) but its good will post pictures up later on!
