My new tunze- Looking for a Single Controller

I just plugged in my tunze 6000...I got it from www.thereefstop.com and I ordered it yesterday!!!

I have to say, I was a bit skeptical spending that kind of money when I was happy with my seio...I didn't want 2 powerheads in my tank so I wanted only one and the seio 2600 won't work on the sure-grips and I'm not going back to 84 suction cups...The tunze has about the same dimensions as the seios except the output (the tunze is larger but worth not having to have 2 powerheads)
The tunze has a very nice soft and wide stream...It isn't knocking any corals over which I thought would happen due to the amount of flow but even looking from the outside of the tank, it appears like it is distributed so evenly everywhere...I'm very happy...The only thing I don't care for is that I have it on a sure-grip (the large one) and the tunze on the swivel and it is moving...Anyone know of a way to get it to not move? Am I just missing something obvious?

I guess I should have ordered the controller...Has anyone gone to the multicontroller and have your single for sale or trade???

I just upgraded my 6000 to a 6100 and bought a new 6100 and they kicks but. But now to the point, they come with an atachment with groves on it so they don't spin. If you like I could come over and show you.

I like the Tunze Magnet Holders, I run both of my 6100's on them, and I will use them for my new Wavebox.

I like the Sure-Grips because they are much smaller than the tunze magnets...It slides in just like the tunze magnet but has the attachment of a swivel head...The problem is that swivel moves the powerhead because it's so powerful. I guess I need ot look at it again and make sure I'm not missing something...

I have not used the Sure Grips so I cannot tell you, the Tunze Magnet holds them just fine and they do not move at all.

It's not the magnet that is moving...It's the swivel attachment that comes with the tunze...I figured it was so you could rotate it manually but the power is making it do it by itself...I'm probably doing something wrong

I'll have to check that...The transformer for the tunze says to keep dry although, there doesn't appear to be a way to mount it...I just put it in a styrafoam cup with a lid...Is that ok? It doensn't heat up does it? I just mounted the driver inside my stand

I just picked up a new controller pretty darn cheap...I didn't go with the seio because I would have gone with the 2600 and they don't make magnets for it...Down with suction cups!
