My newest favorite chalice.

So I just bought this chalice from a website and just knew the colors were totally photoshopped. It arrived, I placed it in the tank and wow just 24 hours and this piece is coloring up like crazy. It reminds me of the grateful dead colors from there albums. Maybe I'll call it "Berry Garcia" chaliceor the "Grateful Dead" Chalice....LOL in lew of Jerry Garcia

Why would you buy a coral that you "knew" was photoshopped?I have a frag from the same mother colony and i love mine. I have bought alot of corals from Matt and i have to say the coral colors are just like they are shown on the website. I have been disappointed with a few vendors but never with his stuff. That chalice only gets better with time. Good luck with it.

Dont take it so literal Sharkbite. It's like I was looking at it saying to myself, man that looks almost to good to be true. I took a chance and glad I did........No biggie!!!!!! Just goes to be another feather in Matts cap.

Gotcha...It didn't sound that way. I have been the victim of that and had nothing but great pieces from Matt. It's hard to find reputable guys with really nice pieces and the word photoshop puts a bad taste in eveyone's mouth and i'm glad to see that's not what you meant.

I saw the chalice in person and know for a fact that it wasn't photoshopped. In fact every coral that I have gotten from Matt has been right if not better.

Im surprised you didnt buy it. That would have been hard for me to have walked past if I saw it in person at that price and didnt buy it.

People,,,,,,please dont misunderstand. I am not saying nor implying that Matt photoshops his pictures. I was making a mental statment of my "THOUGHTS" when I saw the photo. In other words I bought it based off the way it looked and was hoping it would look as good or better and am overly pleased with my purchase. No need for a lynch mob!!!!!!!

Agreed. The internet is the WORST place to have a good debate, to difficult since there is no tone in a computer screen and some pixels.
