My Ocellaris Clowns discovered my anemone today!

Today I noticed my clowns are hosted by my sebae anemone after being together for 6 months! Such a nice experience! Now they love it and never get out of it! But just one concern: My bigger clown is biting the smaller one and the smaller clown seems to be really stressed. I think the fight is over the anemone but do you think this is going to hurt him? I am concerned because the clown makes awkward shakes and moves whenever gets bitten by the bigger clown. What do you suggest? I had them in the tank for 11 months now.

The bitting and shaking is them pairing up. Its nothing to really worry about.

Not really... It could happen down the road but really its just them becoming husband and wife

Thanks for the info. When I fed the anemone and it was closing the clowns were really upset and were trying to stop it from closing. They absolutely love that anemone.

the female is just showing her dominance. Mine still does that every once in awhile. Nothing to be alarmed at. congrats on the pairing :rollface:
