My Percula Clown is sick... 2 white spots, fuzz, etc

I hope you guys can help. I have a pair of Percula clowns and one is sick. I have had the 2 fish for about 3 months. All of a sudden ,1 of them has developed a white spot on the top of the dorsal fin and 1 white spot on the side fin. Also, it looks like he is gasping for air ALL the time. He has a blur, velvet, or Fuzz to his skin tone. He's been like this for 1 week. He seems to be eating just fine, but he has gotten a little smaller than his twin. He is a little lathargic, as I see him laying sideways in (and under) the Anenome alot.

I tried searching this forum, but the search function is not cooperating with me, help.

Id quarentine him and start treating it with maracyn 2 fror salt water. might be a bacterial infection

Good luck with your clown. I have one of my clowns in a quarantine tank now for medication.

I'm gonna try the quarantine thing. I heard copper may work as well. Upon more research, I think it may be "Velvet or Coral Fish Disease" aka Amylodinium Ocellatum.

I'll look into the maracyn 2 as well. Thanks for your feed back.
