my order 52294 for B-Ionic is out of stock. Jay, emailed me and i have replied. This order has been pending for a few day, if you get a chance, can you have Jay called me. he has my phone. Again, if i am not able to answer the phone (for example, in meetings), can you have Jay leave his phone number so i can call him back?

yes it's the original card number. please go ahead and use that. also, according to jay, the upgrade won't cause extra shipping, is this still correct?

since the order has been pending for a few days and i really need that stuff, if i want to upgrade to a faster shipping, how much more?

i got the email which contains the UPS tracking number but when i click the link to see where my package is, all i got is this:

Unable to track shipment "1Z 82E 0E6 03 4230 490 5".

is there something wrong?

Hi,

Please try the tracking now. They don't pick up sometimes until around 5pm, so often it won't work until they do there first scan.
