My "Product Return" Experience

Hi guys,

For anyone interested, I have a recent experience with Premium Aquatics to share regarding their customer satisfaction/return policy.

The 3rd week of February I ordered a 1/10hp chiller from Premium Aquatics, and received it 3 days later. After a few days of frustration with the chiller's tiny (3/8") nozzles, I determined I would never be able to get 300-600gpm of flow through the tiny chiller without hooking it up to a giant pressure-rated pump. So, I looked into returning the unit, even though it was opened, used, and in perfect working condition.

I spoke with Luke @ Premium Aquatics and told him my situation, and he immediately gave me an RMA number and directed me to return the chiller (at my expense). A week and a half later, Jason in sales refunded the full purchase price (less shipping) to my credit card.

Long story short, I had a 100% pleasant experience with Premium Aquatics during the return process and will definitely give them priority over the competition in the future.

I've never returned anything to PA, but have only had positive experiences with both Jason and Michelle :)
 
Here is another return story:

I had a SCWD running for several months that started slowing down switching and was no longer functioning well. I emailed P.A. and got a response from (I think it was Jason). He said he would be sending me a new one, and also is sending with it a prepaid return shipping label for the old one and they would take care of sending it back to the mfgr. This was a $30 item. I was blown away by the service!

Contrast that with another popular online vendor who was horrible about returns. That vendor lost my business. P.A. won it has done it over and over. They know what customer service is all about.
