My Racoon buterfly is rubbing himself on the rocks

I started noticing him rubbing him self on the rocks and my cleanner shrimp has been cleaning him all the time. If any one could help me out i would appreciate it.

Rubbing is a classic sign of skin irritation .. sometimes caused by water conditions but often a result of an external parasite.
