My RBTA

I have an RBTA in my tank that I think looks great. He has moved only once and has been in his present spot for over 3 weeks. He looks good, with a very nice red coloration and pink tips.

My question is the tentacles never seem to swell up and get really fat, does this mean there is a problem? They get pretty thick, but never with the big fat tips, and the tentacles tend to stay somewhat long. They are very wavy and grab on to all food offered.


My parameters are all right on...

It is normal for them to lose their distinctive bubble tip, and it isn't really understood why. Or at least I haven't read up on one.
