My recent experience with Airwaterice \ Typhoon III

Some of you may recall my recent thread about the Typhoon III that I had ordered which arrived defective.

I wanted to let everyone know that Walter at AWI took care of the problem promptly. A replacement unit was sent within 2 days and it came in with no damages - he even let me keep the filters as extras (from the defective unit)

So at the end of the day, i started making water at 0 TDS and i'm very happy with the unit and with the overall service.

My new Neptune is pretty sweet and they hooked me up pretty phat.
