Wow... No one? Its ok, I got this.
You will want to float the bag for 20 minutes to match temperature . Then drip acclimate the water until it matches your tank. I would recommend a drip that starts slow and ramps up, so that it ends up taking close to 2 hours to fully acclimate it. You should fill the container with the nem a couple times in the process, just pitch half the water when it fills.
When acclimated, get some gloves on (for touching the nem) and turn off ALL flow. Carpets float like kites. Once ready, set the container in the tank and rotate it so the anemone can float out. Don't try to lift it out of the water. That is both tricky with carpets, and bad for the nem. Once it is in the tank, direct it to a rock/sand interface where you know the flow is almost zero with the pumps all running. Dig down in the sand as far as you can get (to the glass is ideal) and set the anemone's foot so that the bottom touches the glass/rock meeting place. Gently push sand around the foot, being careful not to move sand under the foot. You want to bury the foot against the glass and rock if possible.
Once the nem is buried, give it at least an hour to grab on before turning any flow back on. And start with just the return to test it for another hour.
Lastly, I always recommed putting 3 or 4 layers of window screening over the spot where the anemone is, to block out the lights. They are known to get sick or dig themselves up if the lighting is suddenly too strong. Assuming all goes well, you can remove 1 sheet a week until they are all gone.
