this is my 180g mixed reef and 75g clam tank. they both run off of the same 250g sump in the basement.

You should fix your typo in the first post regarding the 25G sump. :)

I was like, "a 25G sump is kinda small for a basement sump"

The setup looks good. I can't wait to get a place that I can plumb into the basement. How about some close up pictures?

i was going to add more shots but the host i use is having some problems, so im just waiting for them to get things working right

do you use shells for their feet?

the only ones that are on the substrate now are the Derasa and one Squamosa and there's nothing under them. the Maximas, Crocea's and one Squamosa or up in the rocks with nothing under them but LR
 
when Derasa's get larger they rely on there weight to hold them in place and there slowly closes in on the byssal opening. squamosa's will do this also but at a slower rate.
