My return to reefing 90g build

Ok so I am back after a 2 year hiatus from reef keeping. My last tank was a 75g sps dominated reef tank here us the link to that build threadhttp://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2043078. I have a new username and new account due to forgetting my password and changing emails. This time around i am doing 90g Lee Mar aquarium with center overflow and an Aqueon Proflex2 sump. I just picked up the tank, stand, canopy, sump, an old reef octopus skimmer and a dc return pump from a local member for a pretty good price. I will need to do some repairs and refinishing on the stand and canopy but im fine with that. Plans are to partly rebuild the stand to make more room and maybe even add on to the stand for more sump/ fuge space and maybe a small mangrove display. This build will be slow since i am starting all over again. I still need lighting led possibly? , water flow, redo plumbing, new ro filters, water flow, ro storage and saltwater mixing equipment, test kits, rock live or dry not sure yet?, reactor (s). So much i still need and suck a long way to go but i hope to get to a point where i can get water and rock it soon to start cycling. Well enough readi g here are so e quick crapy pics i took of the my 90g and some of the areas i need to fix on the canopy. Enjoy.

Ok so im pretry upset and bumbed out. My tank has a large chip right at the corn seal on the front. I knew about it but after getting a better look and removing the silicone that was covering it i dont I now if i trust it to hold water plus it looks like crap. I can deal with rebuilding the canopy and stand but cracked glass is not good. Here are some crappy pics. The seller told me it did not leak at all even still it looks like crap. Short of replacing the front glassthere is nit much i can do, dont want to replace the glass. Crappy pics if the chip.
