Is the tank new? If so, it is diatoms and just part of the process. They will go away on their own if the tank continues to progress.

Yep, everything is going according to plan. Don't change a thing (except maybe get yourself a few snails). Next, you should start to see some green algae pop up here and there.

All part of the new tank uglies. Happens to us all. It will go away soon enough.

First one kinda looks like a Frogspawn to me but Im probably wrong cuz it looks like its encrusting like starpolip.

Second one is a Goniopora.

If your tank is 2 weeks old I would get them outta there, unless you mean your 2 weeks out of your cycle which is still a bit early but better.

Wow, you had a quick cycle. 2 week old tank and already have coral in there.

In another post they mentioned using a product designed for a "quick cycle"..
But they also don't state if its been 2 weeks since first filling the tank or 2 weeks since the cycle was over or whatever..

But yes.. sadly they seem to be unaware of the normal first stages of a tank,etc... and are throwing fish/corals,etc.. in right away..

He's also not responding to posts that aren't quick fixes or compliments, so I'm thinking he'll just do what he wants.

Sorry I wasn't responding I'm currently studying for finals but it is 2 weeks since being fully cycled and I am very new to the hobby I have been keeping freshwater for over 3 years but I don't know salt water at all both the corals in the tank I was told by my local fish store are good for beginners

Still probably a little early, but hopefully they work out. You may have brown spots come and go for a while it's all part of the process.
