About 10 year ago when I first started reefing, I drove all the way out to Rods just to hand pick one of his famous clowns.

I couldn't afford a pair, but after almost 10 yrs of being paired up, the female (not a rods) began to spawn.

I got some good footage.

Can anyone give me any advice if its worth the effort to try to raise clowns?

Congrats! I've never done it, but have heard it's lots of time. So if you have lots of time, and can pamper new babies every few hours for a few weeks in a row? I don't know what's involved, but sounds like it's a big time commitment. It sure would be fun to at least try it once though.
