my sebae needs help

my new sebae anemones walked into my power head and got all chewed up. now hes stuck inside. trying to post pic. took powerhead out with sebae in it and put in qt. what do i do now and is this common?

Sorry to hear that. It is BEST to have a foam cover if you have any anemones in the tank.

This has saved more than a few when they go sailing around.

Leave the nem in the ph in the QT. It will untangle it's self. If you try you can rip/hurt it even more.
