I am going to take a break from the hobby, and sell everything I have. Other than some hair Algae nothing is wrong with the tank and things seems to be growing in nicely. The cure for the hair algae is water changes which I have been unable to do, due to everything going on in life and hence be one of the reasons I am selling. A quick fix is a sea slug that would have it gone within a few weeks. But anyway this thread isn't about the algae, but the setup I am selling. I have invested alot of time and money on this setup and to be honest its pretty close to ran itself over the last 6-8 months. The setup will be sold as an entire unit and will be picked up on site. I can supply good pictures of everything. But it is stocked fairly well and I will try to list everything. I will start with Hardware then Livestock, and I am sure I will add things as think of them here in this thread. I will take $2500 for the entire setup and I can assure you there is a whole lot more invested. The Stand and tank and sump is well worth a thousand without everything else.
Here goes the list:

90g AGA with megaflow and plumbing and mag 7.5 return

Custom Built Cherry Wood Stand and Canopy (Built tall so that bottom of tank is waist high, Also tall canopy to allow lights to sit about a foot off the water)

30g AGA custom sump sectioned into three sections and drilled for dual external returns.

Hamilton Light Fixture with (2) 250w Halides and (2) PC actinics the bulbs in this fixture are not very old maybe a couple months. Also LED night lights installed in the canopy with a dimmer. Lights are all on timers and also have clip on lights in the sump area over the fuge that is offset from the halides.

(2) heaters been so long I dont recall but I think on is a stealth not sure about the other but they work also has a digital temp sensor.

ASM G2 Skimmer that I just replace the pump on maybe less than a month ago, and instead of replacing I upgraded it to the newer larger sedra. Its a work horse and pull thick dark green skimmate.

(2) Seio 1500 Powerheads with magnets mounts, both of these are controlled but the seio controller that is mounted underneath.

Tunze Osmolater (touted as the best) that I have never ever had misfire does the water top off from a stealth looking plastic garbage can.

Mag 350 that can be used to run carbon or other media.

Livestock, Rock, and Corals

This will be tough and I am sure I will miss things but here goes a start at listing them.

Aound 150 to 180 lbs of liverock. (Too Much)

Live sand enough to give you a couple inches.

Fish:
Purple Tang close to 2 years old.
Yellow Candy Hog Fish About a year old.
Purple Firefish over a year old.
Blue Green Chromis over a year old.
Mandarin almost 2 years old.
Diamond Goby over a year old.
Also have two fish that were in the fuge area I figure they are still there. A Green Clown Goby that is over a year old and a Bicolor blenny that was purchase with in a couple months. Both took to eating SPS and both wound up in the sump.

Inverts
I know that there is a coral banded in there and also a cleaner in there one is almost a year the other is over a year. Both of those are healthy and large. There is a peppermint that I sometimes see but I haven't seen him in a month or so, but that doesn't mean anything. There is also several snails and crabs running around in there I couldn't tell you how many.
I have a Derasa Clam and a Crocea both have been in there for maybe 5-6 months and both seem healthy and are growing nicely.

Corals:
Humm where do I start.

SPS: (Some Frags some Colony size)
Green encrusting monti of some sort
Red/Orange Monticap
Green Monticap with Purple rim
Golden Monticap with Blue rim
Tan with Purple polyp Cap frag
Tan with Blue polyp Cap Frag
4-5 different acro frags
Larry Jackon Purple Tip
What looks like some kinda bonsai.
Pink Pocilipora
Pink Stylo (Cats Paw)
Blue Stylo (Cats Paw)
Pink Millipora
Cali Blue Tort
Blue tip Tenius
Assorted green and orange digi
( I am sure there is more but that is what I will list. Also ever who purchases this setup will have to assure me that they will frag several of the items in the tank when they are larger and give them to a friend of mine, he has patiently waited on frags from several of these items while I was growing them out)

LPS
(Both of these have very bright flourecent colors and were hand picked for that reason.)
Hammer (many heads on it)
Torch (1 splitting to 2)

Stand by softies in next post.

Softies:

RPEs Small colony maybe about 30 or more polyps
Several different bright colored zoanthids (eagle eyes and such)
Several different kinds of Polyps.
A fairly large rock covered with Flourecent Green Star Polyps.
A leather
A Kenya dropping frags everwhere.
Lots of xenia
Again I am sure I am missing stuff here but you get the drift.

This setup would make for a super start for someone just coming in and I think the price is right. Email me on here or PM me I will try to get some pictures up later. Also the buyer will recieve lots of food, and supplies, also a gallon of carbon, a gallon or DI Resin that will go into the 100 GPD RO/DI I forgot to tell you about with the inline TDS meters before and after filter. Also I have some 10 gallon tanks that are ready to go that will also go with the buyer. I have enough mix for 2 part to almost last you a year. 5 gallons of salt unopened. Plenty of test kits mostly salifert and several new. Really the person who buys this will not need anything other than a few plumbing pieces to put it back up and make it operation and I may have that. You will have enough stuff to go a while without a purchase anyway.

Allen if you end up parting this set up out I will take the RPEs,both seios, green w/ purple rim cap and the green digi.

Hey man!
Hate to see ya go:( Your good for the hobby!but I know it can be a little demanding at times.Wish I had the coin.I know your stuff is top notch.Hope someone gets it all so you don't have to break it up!SWEET setup!!!!

Hey Allen, I'm sorry to hear you call it quits after all the time and effort you spend on your tank. If you are looking for someone to help you with the maintenance for a few months because of family or other demands, then I bet you could find some of us club members to lend you a hand. I really hate to lose you man. You are not only a skilled hobbiest, but you also have a big heart that makes people want to be around you. If I can help you with anything, please call me. You have my number on the club website.

Guys thanks for all the kind words. I will not be leaving hobby for good, just taking a break. I will come back in later with something a little larger when I have a better place to locate the tank. I may still try to make a meeting or two here and there, just to stay active. I will lower the price down to $2000, I would much rather sell this as a turn key setup and not have to break it down.

Here is the tank stand and canopy

Will get some shots of corals added as soon as possible

Ok guys after much thought, I just can't sell my tank. I just enjoy sitting in front of it too much to let it go. I will just have to step up to the plate and make it happen. I do want to apologize to Kiran523 as I kinda left you hanging. I also sent you a private regarding this change of heart. I really enjoy my tank and after thinking about it its just not something I am willing to part with. I will just have to buckle down and find time to do the water changes every few months. Again my sincerest of apologies to all that showed interest and especially Kiran.
Allen

Allen, you might consider investing some time in a semi-automated water change system. You'd need some space near the tank for water barrels, though -- maybe if a wall adjoins the garage?
