My soft coral tank

The video is very bright due to your lighting. I can't make out the white stalky soft corals that sit atop of your tank. Are those some type of rasta leathers? They look nice.

It is actually a SPS coral, but just died.. did not take it out of the tank yet.. so no fancy rasta soft coral:clown:
 
Actually, I was referring to the white moving soft corals top right side next to the toadstool. You also have a smaller colony on the bottom right.
 
Thanks....is it actually white or does they appear white due to the bright lighting? I have some kenya tree myself but the stalks are no way near that long.
 
they are quit white.. or very light pink.. think they look more white in the video due to the light.
all the kenya trees I have have quit long stalks..

I have kenya tree (both in low and high light tanks) and they look drastically different! almost see through in the high light tank, and very tan/brown in the low light tank.
 
I agree, very cool tank. How big is that tank and what are the dimensions? Also what kind of lighting do you have? Thanks

Yes.. they can look very different depending on lights and flow in the tank. :fun2:

Hallo there
The tank is 120cm long, 70 cm tall and 60 depth.

Wish I had a bigger tank.. but hopefluuy in the future :bounce3:

I have 2 x 250 W HQI lamps on my tank and some blue lights on at night.
 
awesome man i want my next tank to look like yours but mine will be 130cm*55H*70w can u please give a pic of your sump?

I can take a picture tonight but it is very very simple:

- Red dragon return pump
- Aqua medic reef 500 Filtration system (you can google a picture)
- Heater
- Freshwater tank

.. thats it.. :)
