thank you all for the nice comments.

teddy, yap got to love the shrooms, the color is cool not to mention they are generally more forgiving than any other corals.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

ironwill, yes most of the crushed corals are in the bottom, my first substrate is 15lbs crushed coral and 15 lbs fine sand. what happen is the fine sand settled in the bottom, so all the crushed corals are at the top, and as the tank matured coralline was growing at some of them and detrius is bulding up, the powerhead cant circulate at them, so what i did id add 40+lbs more of fine sand.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

reefer brandon and d. frenc- thats my main goal in this tank, keep forgiving corals and as colorful as possible. thanks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Justinreef, me too! can wait for them to grow, im planing to make one more rock of those shrooms, it came a long way though, i bought one head of that shroom from a reefer who collects them from the keys. let me dig the old picture;

I'm not keeping zoos anymore, atleast barely any. About 2 months ago bristle worms started eating my zoos. Since they normally don't do that, I never imagined it was them. But now I know for sure but it was too late. I lost most of them. I started my collection again but I'm keeping it minimum. I have the hybrid ppe, nuclear greens, purple deaths.

Luckily nothing else was effected but I started keeping mostly lps now like chalices, acans and favias.

As at as the upgrades, no ugrades yet just new lights ( tek 5 ). But I'm in the market for a solana. Just waiting for a deal.

Again Jun, nice tank :) hope I see you on the next frag swap :) if you need anything let me know.

mnherper, thanks!

dex, i did not know that bristle worm can do that! i saw my peppermint chow down those worms, but you know some peppermint might do harm than good, hit or miss IMO. good luck in the solana, thanks for your help :)

tangtang, thanks for sharinf the pics

singold, me too! cant wait for them to grow
