Im setting up my 120. Its almost ready to go. My tank is built into the wall, and I just placed my Christmas Tree stand under the tank...and it was a very, very tight fit. I got it after pushing it in...and now there is no way i'll ever get it out. Do you think this will be ok?

I went large and the only way to get the sump in my stand was from the top before the tank was setup. So I think it's fine.

providing you can get into it with your hands if you need to, perhaps to be able to clean inside it now and again personally i see no problem with it being a very tight fit

Yes after I pull the plumping off. So to OP as long as you can still work inside of your sump and add and remove equipment from it. I see no problem with you not being able to remove it from the stand.

I guess I am from a different school of thought. I like to be able to remove my sumps, incase there is ever a need for it. IMO it is only good/smart engineering to be able to access, maintain and service a sump in the case something should happen.
