My Sunday

That is south new smyrna, cape canaveral national seashore park.

Its not on the beach its on the intercoastal waterway aka mosquito lagoon.

We were at the southern tip of the place out there so its like what 20 feet from the road in either direction- to the intracoastal or the beach.

if you go to the beach lookout for man-o-wars they are washed up everywhere and can sting you if you're not careful

Didn't see any wash up in the boat ramp area- i was picking stuff up 1-2 feet off of the shore.. barely need to get wet :)

Yep :) I am thinking of going out to sebastian this sunday too but not sure what the tides will be like. Maybe bring the fishing poles along too.

I've also determined that the little fatty i caught is probably a blenny. He doesn't have any obvious cirry on his head but he has the 2 little fins they perch on underneath that are clearly separate the way blennies are. Maybe he's a mutant molly miller or something along those lines.

Only what 5 weeks and change left of quarantine :)

I also decided to keep the pipefish and stick him in my tank so he can eat pods since he wasn't taking any cyclopeez.. the little minnows were really rambunctious around him too. Now he just hangs out on my sps or xenia like "hey whats up got some pods?"

I am hoping he wont compete with the scooter blenny since he's so small and slow but I figure every so often i'll refill my pods in my fuge they multiply like crazy down there!
So far everything is looking good and healthy too so *wipes brow* phew!
