I picked one up at the LFS for $10.
Actually, I got it for free b/c I had that, another $15 frag, and 10 lbs of base rock. The base rock was $2.99/lb and she noly charged me $36 total, so I obviously got something for free out of the deal. :thumb:

just got mine today. it settleing in. I have the lights off right now, but i have it in my 37 gal seahorse tank. I have 250 wtts mh on this tank, where should i place it. high or low? the tanks about 23 inch high

I have some that look more brown than red. Mine are 18' under 150w 10k, so maybe I don't have them high enough or they are just not quite superman's. Not that I care either way as I think they are unique at least in my LFS travels.

I had alot of them. I started with 3 and in a year and a half had over 20. I just would put them on a plate and slice em into 3 and mesh wrap em on a rock....they take very well to propogation. I know who i sold em too, Im gonna pm him and tell him congrats.

TeresaQ, you had better place that guy in a shaded area in your tank for a couple weeks, slowly moving him toward more light. I checked out the photos on Just Corals and the Superman shrooms look like they are bleached. It will take a while for the blue to return.
