not enough rock for the 75 so i kicked it up a notch. lol
need lights and corals now, more fish. these are some huge freaking rocks huh? what do you think of my rock work? i had a hard time with those huge ones. i had to leave 1 out. almost 100 pounds a piece for the two big ones. i wanted to start with all dead rock, i do not ever want aptisia or red bugs. NOTHING! lol. that is the hope atleast.

also need to figure out my filter sock. get new screws for mag 7. but i am getting much closer to my goal!

o/t but check out this cake my amazing sister made for a 80's newyear/ birthday party we had. she had less then 24 hour notice to make it and still came with this.

Are you sure those 2 rocks are 100# each? Did you weigh them yourself in a bowl on a bathroom scale, or are you just estimating? If they are really that heavy, they wont do much for your biological filtration as they are as dense as lead.

they are porous on the outside, but dense as lead on the inside. when i move in a month or two they are going to get the swiss cheese treatment. =D i tried today but i didnt hve my drill and bits over here. how do you like my mangroves? lol
another thing that will change during the move. those must go to the dungeon were they belong.

i wish i had a pic of the cake she made for my bday. it was awesome! ill have to get it for you all. but i had to post that one, all the little items were so funny. memory lane.......

I picked over some of the porous pieces at my lowes. Very large rocks for cheap. 10 bucks a rock, beats 5 bucks a pound any day.

yes those were the same rocks! they are crazy huge. i really should weigh them when i move. lol. i should do a before the drill and after the drill.

thanks everyone for the nice words about my tank. =D i am starting school and having trouble trying to do a tank and school, so i havent spent much money on the tank. i think it has turned out ok so far. i am not a huge fan of the big rocks, but it was empty without them.

how do you guys like my mollies? hahaha

i meant to tell everyone the other day, the petco in sanford has a gold clam for $50. i would rather see one of us get it then most of the nonreefers that buy from them and kill the stuff.
