My tank

I have a 10 gallon Hex tank that is just sitting there. And no way am i going to jump into horses without alot of research. Right Now I plan to use dual coralife screw in PC bulbs with a Aqua C remora skimmer. With a very small powerhead pointed in 5 directions. I plan to only keep dwarfs, and I have easy access to live food that I will be keeping in a sectioned off 30 gallon while also hatching brine shrimp in large quantitys. Also a 10% water change every day and I may plumb it into my dual macro biotopes.

sounds nice... very nice.
but, with dwarves, that may be too much flow ;) people usually keep them with sponge filters, or hob filters with sponges over the intakes. Wait for actual dwarf keepers to answer about the flow...

just remember: no live rock, unless pre-treated. theres lots of info on the forum and the .orgs about it. any hydroids are BAD and will kill your dwarves, so plumbing into already maintained tanks may become a problem. Way to check them for hydroids: feed the tank a bunch of bbs, and see what comes out in a day: if you see little jellyfish, or other hydroid forms, not plumbable...
