My two clowns

I have 2 perc clowns and one is a little smaller than the other it does a jerky kinda dance around the larger one...what is this? The larger one doesn't do it and they hang out like they are a pair. Is this mating behavior or agression. The smaller is usually the male right? The larger will always be Female? How does this work? Any info on the jerky dance would be helpful.

It isn't mating, but it is the male (( smaller one )) showing that it is submissive. The larger one will stay female 99.999% the time -- I did read one report of a female Clarkii reverting, so that is the .0001%.
