Guys,
My yellow tang has one white grain like thing, sticking to its dorsal fin. I have attached a pic. Can you please tell me if its Ich?
This is the only spot and its there for more than 20 days. The fish is fine though.

The image is not clear. Look at the black circle. The grain is in the other side of the fish and is clear white sticking to the fish.

Really hard to see anything in the pic and the description isn't very definitve either. I'm doubting it's ich, given the duration and description you provide. Ich would reproduce and become highly visible on the fish. If the fish is eating well, water parameters are in check, and nothing in the tank is showing any visible signs of illness, I'd simply watch it for any change. Doesn't sound like any intervention is needed now.
