my zoos wont open

my green dragon eyes zoos have been closed for 3 days now and i dont wanna lose them they are very nice help me please

Check your alk and magnesium. How long have you had them?

Increase flow and possibly reduce the lighting to actinic only.

ive had them for about 3 weeks and i only have a small 5 gallon reef tank with a light that comes with both actinic and the white bulb how would check the alt and magnesium i really dont have alot of money i have a small piece of zoos that are open in the tank but these wont open ?? here is a pic of them when they were open i really dont wanna lose them!!!!!!

Take your water to a LFS and they will test.
