my4 tank QT set up

build this tank to make 4 QT tanks in one...some fish need treatment with different medicine so thought of making more then 1 QT set up in one

currently only one slot in use ....having a porcupine going through a cupramine cure.... thumbs up as puffers seem sensitive to cupramine but his eyes are clouded out and he is a new fish so hope if it is ich or velvet we can push him through....

It looks as though they are separate tanks but all together in one place . Some on here may warn you of cross contamination . Some one had shown it possible through a study . I like the idea of multiple tanks . I use 40 gallon breeders and 20g longs. It's easier to move fish if you use TTM . I do and set up three tanks in anticipation of new arrivals . To me having seasoned water in all three ready for each transfer is better than newly mixed SW . Things I have found is to blacken out some sides. It makes the fish a little more secure feeling and not so jumpy . I also have holey limestone rock that I create caves with . They feel better when having a place to hide . . The rock is then soaked in FW for a few days then dried until next use . Good to see you go thru this much thought .
