Not sure what I got here but I love it. LFS didn't know what it was as it came in a multi frag pack. any info would be appreciated. I would like to know how it grows and other info to give it the best environment possible

its too hard to tell when frags are small but it sort of looks like it could be a sarmentosa.JMO

maybe a a. sarmentosa but the extended polyps look diffferent small branch structure tough to tell

Looks like a branching cyphastrea to me.

??? Maybe but when I googled it I saw some really small frags about the same size as mine and they looked pretty different ho hum I think it might be the Sarmentosa. Anyone else?

I don't think it's a Acropora at all. Maybe a Chyphastrea sp. http://coral.aims.gov.au/speciesPages/species_metadata/0439/view# It resembles Madracis a little to me http://coral.aims.gov.au/speciesPages/species_metadata/0718/view#. But that is typically a coral that comes out of the Caribbean.

Saw it fully opened last night under my 420's and I think we have a winner thx Frick and everyone else. We could still be wrong but I'll post more picks when it grows up a little

I recently have seen some Madracis corals come into a LFS here with a similar color combos. That is what made me think that.
