I wish I could post a pic but unfortunately I dont have a camera right now. What I have found in my 2 1/2 week old cycling tank is a critter that varies in length from 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. it is white in color and translucent. The back end ( atleast I am calling it the back) looks like a swallows tail and the front end expands and contracts as if eating . The front , which I am assuming is the mouth ,is round and makes a motion similiar to a snails foot when in motion. It appears that it has no hard shell and in the center of it it appears to have all the internal organs which you can not see through .Anybody care to make a guess what this may be ? I have probably 10 in the tank now . Yesterday I only found 2 . Thanks for any suggestions.
