mystery urchin id needed

Bought this urchin last week and but cant remember the name it was called so any help is great! i was told its reef safe but cant find any info on it anywhere
the urchin needles are purple on the tips under different lighting

def not a pencil no where even close to a pencil urchin, this is alot more uncommon
