I know this may be dumb, but is this fish 100% reef safe?

What evolved is saying is that it may. I had a wystery wrasse for over 5 years that never bothered a thing including my less than one inch Blue coral banded shrimp when I put him in the DT. He was also in the DT with a pair of cleaner shrimp and a fire shrimp that were in the DT before he was. I sure didn't have a flat worm problem after getting him and the melanurus wrasse though.
