My wrasse got his tail bitten what can i do for it?

Provided you have resolved the aggression problems and your water quality is high, the tail will likely grow back and be fine with no help.
 
There are only 2 itty bitty perculas and the wrasse in a 150. Do you think it is fin rot? I did see the smaller clown chasing him into the rock work but did not witness an actual nip
 
It could be fin rot, but I don't see any whitish fuzz and generally with tail rot you see an abundance of the causative organism which usually looks like fuzzy growths. Clowns can be very territorial, but a 150 should be enough space. Have any inverts that could do this? Possible hitchhiker crab?
