N. Wenneare w/ sand sifter

Would I be able to house a N. Wenneare with a sand sifter such as a cucumber or a star of some sort.

a 12gal tank wouldnt be able to support a cuke of any kind anyways. stars are another no no in a nano since they'll eat everything in the sand and then slowly starve to death unless you get the one in a million sand sifting star that will actually take prepared food.

to keep my sand clean i just rake it every few days.

Sealifeinc.net sells nano serpent stars, brittle stars, and urchins that would work in that tank. When the time comes for me to add some Ricordeas I am going to pick up a nano serpent to try out in the tank. Until then I plan on using a couple of turbos.

a serpent star or brittle star or even a small urchin would work (urchin has a chance of getting eaten) but i was under the impression the OP was looking for a sand sifter.

Yeah just lookin for a sand sifter, other tank cleaners are easy to get. My lfs sells this awesome breed of turbo, that has extra thick shells. (I tried breaking an old dead shell w/ a rock, it only chipped in a couple spots) Yep I think Ill try indopacific sea farms sand cleaners (includes bristleworms, and the like)
