Name that Algae

[Insane Reefer]

Hey all.
This popped up in the middle of my sandbed. At first I thought a spaghetti worm had gathered it up into a bunch from some odd bits of Cheato (sp?) from my bug tank, and I guess it could be, but I wanted to get it ID'd.

Doing some more research on this bugger, I found this:

This looks exactly like what I have, but the Chaeto that I have in my bug tank is a bright kelly green and really curly - this is a Caulerpa green and straight as can be...

So am I on the money or do I have something else?
