So - I am a week into my cycle using cured live rock. I have a few things that have Stowe's away into my live rock. Can you help identify them?
One is a coral
One is a worm
The other is just a bright green hard substance...

Any help on naming them and if they help or hurt would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like pulsing Xenia to me and bristle worm. No experience with sponges so I couldn't quite put any input on that.

I have this other rock that has these white little clumpy tubules all over it. These long white wispy tentacles come out and flow in the water.... any insight on those? Crazy all the stuff that I keep finding...
Fascinating.

hard for me to tell from the pic, but could be feather dusters. they are filter feeding segmented worms.
