nano 2025 help

I bought a pair of nano's, and I have a few problems.

1. both clips broke
2. shafts are rusty
3. they don't restart back up when shut off
4. 1 of them sounds like it was grinding against the cover, so I cut a small holl in the cover to alleviate the touching. It worked, but at 3 months old, I shouldn't have these issues.
