Nano 3152 Overfilling

I've had the Tunze nano 3152 that has worked perfectly for about 10 months. 2 days ago I noticed that the water lever was higher than the sensor. I have removed the sensor and checked for snails or anything that would block it from moving the float. Also tried unplugging it and it is still over flowing. Is there something I need to look into more. I currently have it off, don't want an over flow. Thanks!

Is their a new magnet near the sensor? The float is a magnetic switch, it works by the black ring in the float (which is a magnet) flipping a switch in the post. If a strong magnet is nearby it will prevent this from working. Any new magnet cleaner or holder near by is suspect. This could also be caused by inadvertently mixing up a different Tunze magnet mount, from a Nanostream or Nano skimmer for example. The Nano Osmolator magnet holder is specific to that product.
