Nano 6025 Clip

Is it normal for the clip to break??? I have 2 6025 streams running on my tank for about 6 months. I took it out for cleaning and noticed on both clips that there are slight crack marks on the plastic. Is this normal??? It looks like it would snap soon. Should I put some glue on it??

It was the norm up until November 2007, we then changed the plastic the clamp is made from, this could only happen if the pump was older stock. If you PM me your info I will send new clamps, do not glue them. Let me know how many pumps you have in the PM.
