Roger,
Can the Nano Cleaner #3165.000 be used with the magnet holder 6080.50? Also, what is all included with the filter as far as filter media?

It comes with floss and a filter bag you can use with carbon or any coarser media. It can be used with the mag holder but it will look funny because the mag holder can hold two of these mini components so half of the magnet holder will be visible but you could attach a 9002 to the other half down the road.

Yeah, i just realized that it's only 2 inches wide. This filter would be used on a freshwater turtle tank. I like the builtin surface skimmer on this filter. Does it adjust itself to compensate for different water levels due to evaporation or is it a fixed attachment?

It is a fixed attachment, I would worry a bit that the floss would clog with the heavy waste production of a turtle.
