Nano Cube Chambers???

I have a 6g nano cube. I was just wondering what some other people use in there chambers. I have a mini jet 606 and heater in the 3rd. Carbon in the second. Not sure if I should keep the sponge in the first? Any suggestions...

You can keep the sponges if you want. I know of people who sandwich their carbon between two sponges in the first chamber, put Live Rock rubble in that netting that oranges come in, and in the third the heater and pump upgrade. If you don't have one I suggest a surface skimmer attachment for your nancube. I don't want to start trouble but there is a website that is strictly nano oriented if you are interested. nanotank.com

Use the sponges until they get dirty and then throw them out. Replace them with a wad of filter floss and change that weekly. That's what I do and it works out great.
