I see that we now have 3 choices in nano tanks,
aquapod, JBJ, Bio cube and maybe a 4th... nanowave.

I am finding it hard to find anything besides the JBJ. So my ?

Do all of these nano's have the same filtering concept in the back of the nano?
The normal 3 chambers that house the sponge and other media?
Do any of these have something the other does not?

varing chamber number but same concept.
most ditch the stock media altho i have cut the sponge in 3 peices and alternate them in through out the week.

I have a 12g aquapod that has 4 chambers in the back.. Some modify these into a fuge (dont have room or want to do this exactly) ..

I started with nothing in them and use just a pura pad i rinse out every week with my water change and replace it monthly (1 pad is roughly 3 months if you cut it just right)

Do any of you have the Finnex M-tank? Looks like a nice deal... wonder how good the skimmer is?

If you google search Finnex M-Tanks, you will find threads from reef forums. These are nice tanks. I do know that some have upgraded, as usual, certain items like the skimmer adding a remora. We do not see or hear much about these tanks since they are not often found in local fish stores. Nanocustoms/nanotuners sells them, you can see them on their site, but while I stop by their facility often, they don't stock the tank but rather have it drop shipped out of Chicago factory. Thus, not able to examine. You can see all the tanks listed at Premium Aquatics site and by the way, the size determines the material use. The largest M-Tank of 32 gallons acrylic while some of the other smller tanks can be purchased both ways. I trust you will find this helpful.
