I made both mine out of plastic electrical boxes painted with Krylon. I just painted the inside white, but if you had some reflector material that would prob be even better. I used 13W PC lights with external ballast. The fan isnt a must have since they run pretty cool anyway but I had a couple of extras.

I just put some aluminum foil in for reflective material. Works like a champ, its cheap and non-corrosive.
