I went with aquariumarts.com, they're stuff really does come packaged nice, they can custom the rock sizes and generally toss in some rubble as well. They can be on the priceir side so it really depends on what you want to spend.
As far as what to look for when you order through mail:
cracked glass and leaks are the main culprits that have been mentioned and experienced. Here's a link with a start to finish:

Well, being that I like tangs, I was thinking of (1) Naso, (3) Yellow Tangs and (1) Unicorn Tang. Just Kidding of Course. LOL.
Seriously, I'm not 100% sure. I do want to have corals, mushrooms etc. I really like the banggai cardinals, clowns, and a yellow watchman goby. Any suggestions?
That's a sweet Nano you got there. How did you aquascape your LR like that? Meaning, did you use putty, glue etc? Also, what are your specs/mods, if any, on your 24G?

I stacked the liverocks, I got pieces that allowed me to really figure out a way to aquascape upward. I have a gap of 1.5 inches off the back wall so the water will move through there as well.
As far as specs go, i replaced the stock pump with a maxijet 1200, i have a maxijet 600 compartment 1 and a 900 in the display, i also have a epik 300 for top water movement in the display to function as a heater/powerhead. Using Hydor Flo on the return to spread out my water movement. Everything else is pretty much stock. There are a few people who have modded their systems really nicely, you should do a search on "24 aquapod".
As far as filtration, i'm using a natural method of liverock rubble and livesand in both compartments. I placed the rubble in net bags for easier cleaning and I removed the sponge that came with the system, cut one of them into 2 and in half again, i place these on the bottom wall of compartment 2. I don't run a skimmer, i do weekly water changes of about 5 gallons and I dose daily with B-Ionic.
whew...anyway, that's my system, any questions just ask.
Good call on the 24 gal. One tip: switch the daylight and actinic PC's around so that the fan kicks on when the actinics come on, which will give it a jump on any heat buildup within the hood.
I just wanted to update you to tell you I got the AquaPod 24G today! YES! I will be posting a small diary of my progress soon. Thanks again for the great suggestions you gave me. I love it. I am in the process of getting a few more items to begin the cycling process.
