Nano Osmolator Issue

Roger,

my nano osmolator wont keep tank at level... brand new .. bought it 2 weeks ago.. when I move the float up and down I hear the unit clicking... I have to unplug the unit... it works for a little bit and shuts off... unplug it for a couple minutes .. again it works for a little while and shuts off.. never keeps the level I disconnected the pump several times to b sure the wires to it were connected correctly..

If this tank is bigger than 25 gallons, please look to page 26. I assume you are encountering the safety shutdown after roughly 100 seconds, you can extend this to 3 minutes as outlined on page 26 of the manual and this is essential on tanks bigger than 25 gallons. Even the 3 minutes is not enough for tanks bigger than 55 gallons and the nano osmolator cannot work on a larger tank.
