Nano pump propeller isn't spinning like normal?

I bought a new Tunze Nano Pump about 6 months ago & it worked fine up until a week or so ago & stopped producing bubbles. I took it apart, cleaned it thoroughly and tried again, but nothing.

So then I filled a sink with water & just inspected the pump & the propeller was barely spinning. It would start for a second, stop and then barely just spin at all.

Any idea what causes this or what the fix is?

How long is the pump under warranty for? Honestly I don't remember who I bought it from online...

Thanks.

What model number of Nano Pump? Either the impeller is broken or it is stuck to the metal shaft it is supposed to spin on.

Sorry, model # 800.04_A

Does that sound right?

The propeller isn't stuck to the shaft as I can remove it to clean it. And it has all of it's propellers, none of those are broke.

Take a look at the link, it shows the Euro impeller which has 3 long blades so ignore that, but notice how their is a grey plastic piece at the bottom of the impeller? Did that break off? Basically the magnet core has the grey plastic injection molded through it, if it breaks off the magnet can turn without turning the impeller.

I don't see a link?

The grey plastic shaft on the propeller is about 1" and kinda looks like it's sheared off.

So what are my options for warranty on this so I can get my Nano back up & running?

Thank you.

Hmm mind looks different than that as it has more than 3 blades on it:

How do we determine the cause so that I can get it fixed?

Do I need to send the entire pump somewhere or can a new propeller just be sent to me? And if so how do I remove the broken part out of the pump housing without damaging it?

Thanks.

As I said originally, we aren't concerned with the number of blades, the photo shows the European version with 3 long blades, the US version has 6 short blades. From your photo it is clearly broken, if you email me a copy of your receipt, we can send a replacement-
