Nano rock question

Few questions about your nano live rock.

First, what exactly is nano rock? Just smaller pieces, but otherwise the same? Also, what makes it less expensive than the regular stuff? Is it lesser quality?

Finally, is this rock suitable for a 20L or would I be better off just ordering the regular stuff? I'd need ~30lbs.

The nano rock can be any of our three rocks....Fiji/Marshall/Kaelini, just in smaller sizes, usually around softballs size. There is no quality difference at all, just size only.

That would be perfect for a 20L. You might consider buying one or two larger pieces just to build off of for your base, then the rest could be nano.
